So i thought i’d start the beginning, well almost.

The first gig i had the opportunity to cover for Soul Culture was for Jesse Boykins iii. I’d never worked with a musician before, so was pretty nervous.
Fast forward 2 years and countless meetings and gigs later, i think i have a pretty extensive series of dope ass pics of Jesse.
Here’s a pic i took of him on my trip to New York back in September at Jesse and (Dr) Woo’s office.

When i’d arranged to meet up with him, i knew i wanted some cool portraits and had seen so many pics of him taken by some incredible photographers so i knew what i had to bring had to be fresh and overall… me.

So here’s to the Romantic Movement… Schwaza ;)

There’s plenty that could be said about this picture. From Janelle Monae’s sparkling white teeth contrasted with the vibrant red lipstick and nail polish, to the slight look of envy on the face of the female in the background. lol. Nice pic.
